At ThermaFits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience.


1. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for change-of-mind reasons (e.g., size preferences, style, or ordering mistakes).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

2. Sizing Responsibility

We provide a detailed sizing chart on our product pages to assist in selecting the correct size. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:

  • The sizing chart should be used as the primary guide for selection.
  • Returns due to incorrect size selection are treated as "change-of-mind" returns.
  • We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges or returns resulting from incorrect size selection where the chart was available.

3. Damages, Faulty Items & Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thermafitsshoes@gmail.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect.
  • Your order number.

4. Wear, Care & Maintenance

Our footwear is designed for durability in winter conditions; however, longevity depends on proper care. The following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by improper drying (e.g., placing boots directly on heaters).
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or machine washing.
  • Natural reduction in water resistance over time.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items meet the "new condition" criteria mentioned in Section 1.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the transaction.
